Here you will find out a little more about thermal imaging and where it originated from, to its current state of art. In a broad Medical discussion on this subject, X-Rays can analyse broken bones but fail to detect the heat generated by infection, inflammation or the effects of other causes such as Cancer. Thermal Imaging cannot detect broken bones but complements this technological method of examination by detecting abnormal conditions and allowing a faster, more accurate diagnosis by a competent user. Sometimes, although a patient may have multiple fractures, Thermal Imaging enables the determination of the critical areas of the body needing urgent attention. These areas may then be the focus of immediate and sometimes life saving treatments.
